Recently for two months music kinda shut down in my head. I wasn't hearing the constant melodies and sounds I usually do. A few weeks ago upon waking up on a Monday morning a flood of melodies came in and would not shut off. I must had at least eight solid song starts in my iphone.

That afternoon and the next day I began to carve through the voice memos on my iphone and thumb through a really old hymnal in attempt to resurrect some kind of Easter text that might shed some light on something sweet for Easter. I was shocked to see how many i found that fit these gospel tunes perfect like a glove. Some text inspired new melodies. Some of the old hymns gave me plenty of verses and i'd right a chorus if it needed it.

Not sure if the tunes were that good and maybe i just crazy, my friend helped me record them so i could hear them and get perspective. We both thought they were pretty good.

So here a just some of the tunes from that blast of inspiration that shaped up to be a sweet easter set.
